Dahle 40630 Cross Cut Paper Shredder is designed for fulfilling the shredding needs of a large office. Coming with a wide feed opening of 16”, the shredder can accommodate various documents regardless of their size while ensuring the maintenance of confidentiality and the integrity of office documents with a security level of P-6. The paper shredder can cut a stack of up to 13 sheets into fragments of 1/32" x 7/16”, while maintaining an outstanding speed of 26 ft/min. Its sleek design makes it a nice addition in an office.
The 40630 Cross Cut Paper Shredder comes with a set of powerful cutting cylinders that are backed by a lifetime warranty form Dahle. The Even Flow Lubrication system keeps the cutting cylinders as good as new, by regularly oiling it, and reduces the chances of paper jams. The powerful shredder does not disturb the office environment with excessive noise as it can operate at a sound level of 50 db. The Dahle 40630 comes with an easy to use command dial that can perform all the basic functions of the shredder and stop the shredder in case of emergency. To save power and reduce the operational cost, the Dahle 40630 comes with a Smart power Energy management system that reduces power consumption by having a feature which automatically puts the shredder into sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity and halts operations entirely after an additional 20 minutes.
